Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:Inspire, mentor, and nurture a team of dental professionals to seek excellence in patient care and practice operations.
Business Development:Drive the growth of the practice by implementing effective business strategies, managing budgets, and optimising resources.
Patient Experience:Ensure an exceptional patient experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing patient concerns, and fostering a welcoming environment.
Operational Efficiency:Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with industry regulations.
Marketing & Community Engagement:Execute marketing initiatives to attract new patients and build strong relationships within the community.
Financial Management:Monitor financial targets, manage accounts and prepare financial reports.
Adaptability:remain innovative and flexible, continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to nurture and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in D4W or similar software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.
