Lead Dental Practice Professional

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with strong business acumen and exceptional organisational skills. They will thrive on variety, drive our practice to new heights, and inspire, mentor, and nurture a team of dental professionals to seek excellence in patient care and practice operations.

The successful applicant will lead the growth of the practice by implementing effective business strategies, managing budgets, optimising resources, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. They will oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, compliance with industry regulations, marketing initiatives, and financial management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and nurture a team of dental professionals.
  • Business Development: Drive the growth of the practice by implementing effective business strategies.
  • Patient Experience: Ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management.
  • Marketing & Community Engagement: Execute marketing initiatives to attract new patients.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial targets, manage accounts, and prepare financial reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to nurture and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
