We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our friendly and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about high-quality patient care and looking for flexibility in their work schedule. We are offering a flexible full-time or part-time position to an experienced Dental Assistant available to work a mix of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts.

Wise Dental is a modern, fully equipped clinic located in the heart of Macquarie Park. We provide comprehensive dental care using the latest technologies in a warm and welcoming environment. Our clinic operates extended hours—from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm—making dental care more accessible for our patients and offering flexibility for our team members.

We pride ourselves on our supportive team culture and commitment to continuous professional development.

You'll be a confident and capable dental assistant who thrives in a dynamic and friendly team environment. Ideally, you will have 2-3 years of dental assisting experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive, professional attitude with a strong focus on patient care. Reliability and a solid work ethic are essential, and while experience with D4W software is highly regarded, it's not mandatory.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Providing chairside assistance across a variety of procedures
  • Maintaining a high standard of clinical cleanliness and sterilisation
  • Managing patient bookings, payments, and reception duties
  • Supporting lab work and general clinic operations
