About the Role

This is a part-time position at our dental practice, requiring an individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for creating a great first impression by greeting patients, leading a small team of receptionists, and providing high-end patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet patients, answering any questions they may have.
  • Lead a small team of two receptionists, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Book and modify appointments, update patient records, and handle payments professionally.
  • Promote dental services and special offers to patients, maintaining confidentiality when accessing sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Previous dental reception experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • A motivated self-starter in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
