Employability Skills Trainer Opportunity

Liverpool is a vibrant city in Australia, known for its cultural diversity and strong sense of community.

The role of an Employability Skills Trainer involves working with individuals to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workforce.

This government-initiated program aims to assist in the development of job-ready skills, build confidence, engage with technology, and make individuals more competitive in the local labour market.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Workforce Australia or Employment Services is ideal but not essential
  • Ability to network with potential employers and build relationships
  • Confidence in promoting programs to Employment Service providers
  • Proficiency with technology and strong Administration skills

You should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Effective communication with diverse clients, including those from various cultural backgrounds and English language learners
  • Dynamic facilitation with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to promote clients to potential employers
  • Adaptability to changing participant requirements
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Strong time management skills and professional presentation
