Job Coach Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to shape the future for individuals seeking sustainable employment. As a Job Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting people across various stages of the employment placement journey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute tailored employment pathway plans to empower job seekers.
  • Maintain quality and compliance-driven outcomes adhering to government contracts requirements.
  • Support job seekers to develop confidence and build skills to re-enter the workforce.
  • Assist employers in finding suitable candidates through reverse marketing and cold calling.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders using interpersonal skills.
  • Provide education on employment barriers and community stigmas to all stakeholders.
  • Offer post-placement support to job seekers and employers.
