About the RoleYou will play a pivotal role in supporting job seekers to transform their lives by identifying and securing employment opportunities with local employers, and delivering quality service whilst adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
- Support participants to identify skills required to become job ready.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, achieving great outcomes, and making a difference.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
- Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways.
We hire individuals who are driven, solution-focused, and demonstrate empathy towards those with disability, injury and/or barriers to employment.
RequirementsTo be considered, you will have:
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- A MyGovID (Standard level).
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
