About the Role:

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with our Planning and Procurement Manager to ensure effective and efficient resolution of after-sales and quality issues. You will support vendor claims, resolve product quality issues in a timely manner, and ensure costs are passed onto suppliers while avoiding re-occurring issues.

You will also be responsible for supporting the procurement of all SKU's, ensuring the correct products are ordered at the right time and at agreed pricing. This involves working with suppliers to deliver products on time, meeting customer promised dates while maintaining competitive pricing.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in operational roles, specifically in procurement, logistics, and claims handling
  • Proven track record of success in complex environments
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent administration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Success meeting KPI's
