About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to lead our finance team and oversee financial operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic financial planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support bookkeepers in managing accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Manage statutory and tax obligations, as well as complete analysis of financial performance reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective cash flow management strategies, including forecasting and discussing potential issues with senior management.
  • Provide detailed cost analysis, investigate and review controls, and conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure the business has adequate insurance cover, manage claims and registration.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, assist with the annual budgeting process, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage foreign exchange transactions and prepare online payments, working closely with the Managing Director.
  • Oversee the payroll function end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Enterprise Level ERP software, with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven team management experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
