About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in resolving claims and managing supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage vendor claims and resolve after-sales and quality issues.
  • Support the procurement of all SKUs, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to execute demand forecasts and optimize purchasing processes.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in operational roles for importers, including procurement, logistics, and claims handling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent administration skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Success meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
