About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team and support our Planning and Procurement Manager in managing vendor claims and procurement of all stock-keeping units (SKU's).

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Product team to ensure effective and efficient resolution of after-sales and quality issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day vendor claims to prevent recurrence of issues.
  • Supporting the Planning and Procurement Manager with the procurement of SKU's, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers, execute demand forecasts, and ensure product delivery meets customer promises.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in operational roles for importers, including procurement, logistics, and claims handling.
  • Able to thrive in complex environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong administration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
