Mental Health Rehabilitation Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Lived Experience Project Officer Noarlunga Mh. As a key member of our mental health rehabilitation services, you will be responsible for undertaking projects that support and enhance the development, integration, and sustainability of SA Health's Lived Experience Workforce.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on mental health rehabilitation services. You will contribute to the development of a lived experience workforce framework, develop staff training material relevant to peer work, and provide lived experience perspective into the development of other staff training programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing projects that support and enhance the development, integration, and sustainability of SA Health's Lived Experience Workforce
- Contributing to the development of a lived experience workforce framework, including identifying best practices and developing policies and procedures
- Developing staff training material relevant to peer work, including creating educational resources and providing guidance on implementation
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Relevant lived experience of accessing support and treatment from mental health services
- Experience working as a Peer Worker in mental health settings, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing individuals with lived experience
- Experience in project coordination or contributing to project and program management, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Demonstrated commitment to empathy and appreciation for the lived experiences of mental health consumers and other stakeholders
