About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our mental health rehabilitation service. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team working together to provide person-centred care that supports consumer access and positive outcomes.

Your role will involve delivering direct comprehensive nursing care and contributing to the recovery process by focusing on consumer independence skill development and social inclusion. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Mental Health Nurse and be accountable for your practice while fostering an environment that promotes consumer health recovery and well-being through education counselling and group work.

  • You will have a deep understanding of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approaches as well as knowledge of mental health rehabilitation principles and the ability to apply these frameworks in daily practice.
  • You will commit to working collaboratively with consumers carers and a multidisciplinary team with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • You will support the delivery of quality care under limited supervision and have experience in mental health nursing practice with demonstrated competency in clinical skills.
