As a Mental Health Rehabilitation Nurse, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive nursing care, promote consumer independence, and foster a supportive environment that encourages recovery and well-being.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Providing direct nursing care to consumers, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of their care needs;">
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans;">
- Supporting consumers in achieving their goals and promoting their independence through education, counseling, and group work;">
- Fostering a safe and inclusive environment that promotes consumer health, recovery, and well-being;">
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to mental health rehabilitation services.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia;">
- Experience in mental health nursing practice, with demonstrated competency in clinical skills and the ability to deliver quality care under limited supervision;">
- Commitment to working collaboratively with consumers, carers, and a multidisciplinary team, with strong communication and organizational skills;">
- Deep understanding of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed approaches, as well as knowledge of mental health rehabilitation principles, and the ability to apply these frameworks in daily practice.">
