  • Liaise with our above-market processing team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee change requests.
  • Generate employment contracts and deliver quality work within service level agreements.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in HR or business with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a HR advisor role.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid generalist HR experience around employment contract preparation, policy advice, and relocation support.
  • An understanding of both HR practices in Australia and New Zealand as well as exposure to SAP, Success Factors, or similar HRIS systems.
