Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our Australia team. In this role, you'll partner with HR leaders in SMB organisations to enhance employee experience and engagement. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with clients, understanding their business goals, and providing exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain proactive partnerships with clients
- Analyse client engagement data to assess success and identify areas for improvement
- Deliver actionable insights to drive client engagement and satisfaction
- Negotiate commercial and contract terms with clients
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in developing and maintaining proactive partnerships across B2B SMB or Mid Market client portfolios. You should have strong skills in analysing client engagement data, negotiating commercial and contract terms, and working collaboratively with internal teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
