Job Summary

The Production HR Specialist will work across both Production and Corporate environments to provide HR leadership, advice, and coaching to production leadership teams and contracted cast and crew members.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies designed to ensure best-in-class employee experiences.
  • Build confidence with Production leaders and become a trusted partner to Unit Production Managers, Line Producers, Producers, and HOD's.
  • Provide expert advice, proactive solutions, and strong partnering on all aspects of employment or contract/freelance engagements.
