Job Summary:

As a People & Payroll Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving transformation in payroll and onboarding processes, ensuring a world-class experience for our employees. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to create engaging onboarding experiences and partner with the business to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including setting up new hires in our People Systems and coordinating induction programs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create engaging onboarding experiences, including training assignments, meet-and-greets, and structured first-week plans.
  • Ensure all new hire documentation is complete and compliant.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience with a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and reporting.
  • Tech-savviness with strong Excel skills and experience with payroll systems.
  • Deep knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
