Landlords and Domestic Clients Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and grow our portfolio of landlords and domestic clients. This role is based in Melbourne, Australia.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a small team responsible for managing insurance requirements and placements.
- Develop strong relationships with landlords and domestic clients as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
- Evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
- Oversee the policy renewal process to ensure timely and accurate submissions, negotiating terms with insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.
- Achieved Tier 1 qualification
- Proven experience within the insurance industry, focusing on landlords and domestic clients.
- In-depth knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
This role demands a proactive approach to client servicing, an understanding of the landlord insurance landscape, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
