
Portfolios and Client Relationships Coordinator

Work as a key member of our team to achieve business goals by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with regulations, client contracts, and site procedures including Landlord Compliance requirements
- Develop and manage client relationships to exceed service delivery expectations
- Assist in the delivery of customer and property services across multiple portfolios
- Conduct building inspections and complete associated reports within governance timeframes
- Assist with administration, organisation, and analysis of information for senior management teams
- Perform tasks assigned by the Senior Facilities Manager
- Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio operations and share ideas for efficiency gains
- Manage vendors, coordinate facilities works, and adhere to company guidelines
- Monitor Help Desk/service outputs to achieve or exceed standards against agreed KPIs and report regularly to stakeholders
- Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence across the portfolio
- Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations
- Build effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple organisational levels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Facilities at client premises and across portfolios
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A passion for quality, with attention to detail for service delivery
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet targets
- Honesty and trustworthiness
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, vendor management, and technical aspects of property (BMS system, mechanical/electrical systems) are advantageous
- Experience in minor projects, office relocations, and customer service is beneficial
- Strong people skills and ability to interact with diverse client staff
