Work as a key member of our team to achieve business goals by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, client contracts, and site procedures including Landlord Compliance requirements
  • Develop and manage client relationships to exceed service delivery expectations
  • Assist in the delivery of customer and property services across multiple portfolios
  • Conduct building inspections and complete associated reports within governance timeframes
  • Assist with administration, organisation, and analysis of information for senior management teams
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Senior Facilities Manager
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio operations and share ideas for efficiency gains
  • Manage vendors, coordinate facilities works, and adhere to company guidelines
  • Monitor Help Desk/service outputs to achieve or exceed standards against agreed KPIs and report regularly to stakeholders
  • Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence across the portfolio
  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations
  • Build effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple organisational levels
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Facilities at client premises and across portfolios
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A passion for quality, with attention to detail for service delivery
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet targets
  • Honesty and trustworthiness
  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields is preferred
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, vendor management, and technical aspects of property (BMS system, mechanical/electrical systems) are advantageous
  • Experience in minor projects, office relocations, and customer service is beneficial
  • Strong people skills and ability to interact with diverse client staff
