About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves shaping the future of our company by supporting the delivery of our end-to-end capability agenda within our talent strategy. As a Talent Development Expert, you will be instrumental in facilitating learning programs across various subject matter areas and driving the delivery of various capability initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Dynamic Learning Programs: Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
  • Capability Planning and Delivery: Manage overall strategy, execution, and measurement of learning needs analysis and capability planning.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend tailored capability solutions.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Tertiary Qualification: A degree in HR, Organisational Change, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related discipline is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated ability to translate capability needs into actionable solutions, with strong learning experience design skills and facilitation expertise.
  • Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles and planning, with experience managing capability development for large-scale organisational changes.
  • Adult Learning Principles: Solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies, including the 70:20:10 model.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
