About the Position

The Client Services Officer is a key member of the Estate Administration team, responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, and timely administration of Deceased Estates. This is a part-time role consisting of 3 days per week, with the possibility to transition to full-time subject to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation of Wills and other legal documents
  • Collation and submission of applications to the courts
  • Correspondence with banks, insurance agencies, financial institutions, and other government agencies
  • Paying claims and preparing distributions of estate assets to beneficiaries
  • Building and maintaining relationships with beneficiaries
  • Collaboration with taxation, legal, and professional services, property teams, and subject matter experts
