The Client Services Officer is a key member of the Estate Administration team, responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, and timely administration of Deceased Estates. This is a part-time role consisting of 3 days per week, with the possibility to transition to full-time subject to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Interpretation of Wills and other legal documents
- Collation and submission of applications to the courts
- Correspondence with banks, insurance agencies, financial institutions, and other government agencies
- Paying claims and preparing distributions of estate assets to beneficiaries
- Building and maintaining relationships with beneficiaries
- Collaboration with taxation, legal, and professional services, property teams, and subject matter experts
- Financial and problem-solving skills

Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Client Services Officer. This position is located in their busy office for an initial 3-month contract.
