Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Coordinator to support our national and local fundraising initiatives and events. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in executing our fundraising campaigns, managing store donations, and building relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate fundraising initiatives and campaigns across various channels, including community, schools, stores, events, and appeals
  • Support the planning and execution of our annual gala dinner and other key events
  • Manage donor data and maintain accurate records using CRM software
  • Source prizes and gifts for fundraising event activities
  • Develop and produce engaging external and internal collateral, such as promotional materials and reports
  • Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, community engagement, or events in a non-profit or charity sector
  • Demonstrated success in broad community fundraising, events, marketing, and communications with a track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets
  • Ability to execute fundraising strategies and develop compelling presentations
  • Proven grant writing skills and experience
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
