**Job Title:** Fundraising Manager


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fundraising Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering and monitoring plans for fundraising across a broad range of activities and products, ensuring income generation targets are met.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising and will be able to provide exceptional stewardship for existing and new supporters to achieve financial targets and retain donors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver fundraising plans to meet income generation targets;
  • Provide exceptional stewardship for existing and new supporters;
  • Work with fundraising colleagues to organise, develop and deliver a calendar of activity including events, campaigns and appeals;
  • Be proactive in building relationships, growing a network of individual, group and corporate supporters;
  • Work with the Communications Team to ensure appropriate publicity and promotion of fundraising activities and opportunities;
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of a new lottery;
  • Present to a range of audiences to inform them about the impact achieved by the charity and provide a strong case for choosing to support its activities and goals;
  • Receive, process and record income in line with the charity's financial procedures;
  • Oversight effective use of the charity's CRM database system;
  • Adhere to and keep well informed on fundraising and related laws, regulations and best practice.
