About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Civil Construction Graduate to join our team in the Northern Territory.

The successful candidate will have a civil engineering or construction management qualification and be eager to learn and take on new challenges.

This role requires working in remote locations with a fly-in/fly-out or drive-in/drive-out roster, handling hot, dry, dusty, and/or humid environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist projects with identifying, assessing, and controlling risks, scheduling activities, and project reporting and administration
  • Develop skills as a construction professional, including project coordination and risk management
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Civil Engineer, Construction Management, or equivalent)
  • Current driver's license
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Meticulous organisation and documentation skills
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on environment and have a practical approach
  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • Interest in project-based work
  • Ability to work in remote locations
