About the Role

We are looking for an experienced project manager with a strong background in civil infrastructure projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage schedules, ensure timely delivery, and maintain client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, ensuring they meet client specifications and expectations.
  • Oversee varying scopes of work on projects from concept design to handover.
  • Coordinate change, quality, health, safety, and risk elements.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire lifecycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management.
  • Provide regular updates to the Principal on project status, progress, and completion.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An excellent understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Consultancy project management experience in civil transport or land development.
  • Qualifications in a technical discipline such as engineering, project management, construction management, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and managing competing demands.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Australian working rights.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
