Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Estimator to lead the estimation and pricing of diverse civil infrastructure projects across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our pre-contract team, you will collaborate with experts and leverage best-in-industry systems and software tools to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of high-profile projects, including land development, water/sewer upgrades, road infrastructure, and defence contracts. You will be based in our Darwin office, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver winning bids and exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the estimation and pricing of complex civil infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with pre-contract teams to develop and deliver winning bids
  • Utilize industry-leading systems and software to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in civil construction estimating
  • Mix of project and estimating experience preferred
  • First-principle estimating expertise
  • Experience with subcontractor work packages and review
  • Exposure to Expert Estimation desirable
  • Civil Engineering degree desirable
