About the Role

We are seeking a Civil Infrastructure Planning and Design Specialist to join our team in Northern Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional planning and detailed designs for Defence, Resources, and Land Development projects.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of civil and transport planning and design processes. You will also be expected to demonstrate efficient project management and delivery while adhering to budget, program, and quality constraints.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for civil infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs and plans
  • Mentor and develop talented individuals to enhance their skills and knowledge

Your Ideal Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced design skills in 12D and CAD
  • Ability to effectively coordinate work with other design disciplines
  • Dedicated to achieving results, adept at identifying issues, problems, and opportunities
