ICT Technical Support Role

This role is an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality ICT technical support services.

  • Provide technical support for End User Computing infrastructure, including laptops, printers/scanners, mobile devices, and tablets.
  • Deliver Level 2/3 ICT technical support for commercial software applications used by local staff.
  • Manage and distribute the ICT laptop and desktop fleet.
  • Configure and support networked multi-function devices.
  • Provide and support ICT assistive technologies.
  • Facilitate office refits and relocations of ICT end-user hardware.
  • Monitor and manage ticket queues, triaging and resolving tickets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Windows 10/11, Citrix, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Cloud-based or On-Premises).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune is advantageous.

This role requires a strong inclination toward continuous learning, research, and curiosity-driven self-improvement. It also demands ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
