Our organisation is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of ICT Support Technician. This position entails providing end-to-end IT support services to users, ensuring operational continuity and adhering to industry standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and maintaining the IT asset database. Additionally, they will be expected to deliver exceptional technical support with professionalism and empathy to parents, students, and staff.

  • Job Description:
  • This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential IT issues before they impact users. The ICT Support Technician must have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently in a small team, and possess strong communication and prioritisation skills.
  • The role involves utilising monitoring tools to identify and resolve potential IT issues, continuously improving ICT services to enhance sustainability and efficiency within the organisation.

About You:

  • We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 2+ years of end-user support experience.
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and Apple iOS device management.
  • Certification in Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate and CompTIA A+ is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with current protocols, operating systems, and IT standards is essential.
  • A customer service-oriented individual with strong prioritisation skills, effective communication, and self-motivation is required.
