About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Operational Transformation Specialist to partner with clients in the energy sector. The successful candidate will work on diverse projects driving change in the industry, focusing on operational efficiency and customer-centric solutions.

Your Skills And Experience
  • Demonstrable consulting experience in the energy industry, from management consultancy or internal consulting in an energy retailer.
  • Experience working in transformation programs.
  • Broad business transformation competences across capabilities such as: business architecture, operating model, customer experience, service design, business improvement strategies, operational excellence, data analytics and insight.
  • A track record of working collaboratively with project teams to deliver actionable advice and support real change.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage directly with leadership teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, self-ownership and ability to work with a good level of independence.
What You Will Be Doing

The role will involve:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop strategic direction and shape organisational-wide problem statements.
  • Analyzing current systems and operations, synthesising data to make future-focused recommendations and develop projects aligned with client vision.
  • Re-engineering customer experiences and delivering organisational efficiencies for sustainable, customer-centred outcomes.
  • Identifying potential new revenue streams and supporting delivery through trial development and execution.
