AGL is leading the way in creating a cleaner energy future. As a Product Owner, you'll play a key role in shaping our retail business and delivering innovative solutions for our customers.

About the Role

This is a pivotal position within our Retail Transformation program, where you'll drive simplification, digitisation, and effortless customer experiences. You'll work closely with journey owners, product managers, and other transformation teams to ensure electrification is seamlessly embedded into broader plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and document customer experience, business processes, and requirements for supplying, installing, managing, and supporting electrification assets in households.
  • Translate requirements into features, epics, and user stories, maintain a prioritised backlog, and guide development teams through agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate across transformation teams to ensure electrification is seamlessly embedded into broader plans.
  • Engage stakeholders and build awareness, support, and readiness across business units for new technology solutions and ways of working.
  • Contribute to communities by mentoring and sharing knowledge within product management and electrification networks to strengthen capability and expertise.
What We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrification products and business operations for sales and fulfilment.
  • Previous demonstrated experience in dynamic/program environments and ability to work effectively with delivery partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, ensuring effective backlog management and sprint planning.
