We seek a senior solar design engineer with extensive experience in utility-scale projects.
- Oversight of conceptual and detailed engineering of solar projects
- Developing specifications and collaborating with management to resolve engineering issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional engineering work independently
- Consult on and advise in specialized engineering areas
- Supervise and coordinate multi-disciplinary design activities
- Manage technical interfaces with disciplines, equipment suppliers, and subcontractors
- Assist in project forecasting and constructability assessments
- Supervise commissioning activities with site teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Extensive experience in Solar PV Engineering, particularly in utility-scale projects up to 100 MW
- Proficiency in PVSyst, Cymcap, PVCase, Rated Power PV Design
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and maintain strategic focus
- Willingness to travel for site work as needed
