What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present tailored solar solutions

  • Follow up with potential clients to close warm leads

  • Build your own referral network and take advantage of our high-converting referral program

  • Represent EFS Solar with professionalism, integrity, and a passion for helping customers

What You'll Need:

  • Face-to-face sales experience (essential)

  • Solar sales experience (highly desirable, but not essential)

  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

  • Your own laptop and mobile phone

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • A motivated, positive attitude with a hunger to succeed
