Job Description:

Client-Facing Role in Change Management

You will collaborate with clients to address complex people issues, implement organisational change initiatives, support employee lifecycles and build effective people strategies.

  • Design and deliver change management strategies and plans for digital transformation or other organisational changes
  • Support the delivery of culture change initiatives, including assessments and roadmap development
  • Develop and deliver training programs to build capabilities, including leadership development
  • Competency Model Development
  • Develop target operating models
Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in consulting and/or change management experience gained within large complex environments.

  • Knowledge and practical experience in change management methodologies and new ways of thinking to drive change
  • An aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
  • Well-developed core consulting skills, including research, analysis, presentation, project management and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal with stakeholders at various levels
  • Interest in learning and developing in a fast-paced collaborative team, willing to give and receive feedback and bring a positive mindset
  • Self-motivated approach to the role and keen to take on new challenges and opportunities in a client-facing role and within the team
