  • Complex change planning and delivery involving customer-led outcomes from data transformation.
  • Understanding of the various impacts of change and business drivers in Technology.
  • Planning for and conducting workshops, facilitating working groups, designing stakeholder engagement, and training.
  • Sound organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritise.
