The Associate Nurse Unit Manager will be responsible for coordinating shifts and planning patient activities, ensuring seamless operations. You will also share your knowledge with the clinical team, provide guidance and expertise, and escalate issues to senior staff as needed.
As a Clinical Expert, you will support and coach your colleagues in problem-solving and delivering outstanding care. You will collaborate across teams to create an integrated model of care and triage community calls effectively.
To thrive in this role, you will need post-graduate qualifications and/or relevant experience in Palliative Care, current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, strong leadership skills, and a passion for quality improvement and auditing.

The estimated salary for this role is $115,000 - $135,000 per annum, based on the location, job description, and required skills and qualifications.
