Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Manager to join our team at the Malvern Campus. This part-time opportunity offers tremendous career growth potential as we establish and develop our OSHC program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design a comprehensive curriculum framework incorporating MTOP principles and aligning it with the school's broader objectives.
  • Program Setup: Establish new services, including QIP, policies, resource procurement, and environmental setup.
  • Promotion and Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to promote the program to CGS families and collaborate with finance to understand billing and booking procedures.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and support OSHC staff in fostering a collaborative and professional team culture, ensuring consistency and high-quality programs.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Manage leave requests, rosters, ensure compliance needs are met, and provide adequate coverage for leave.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating an OSHC program.
  • Diploma and Certifications: Diploma of Early Childhood Education or a recognised qualification by ACECQA; First Aid Certificate Level 2, Anaphylaxis training, Asthma training, or willingness to obtain these.
