About the Role:
  • Responsibilities include auditing all daily hotel transactions and shift reports, checking-in and checking-out guests, taking reservations, and ensuring professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure.
  • You will also be required to conduct site and safety walks around the hotel, as well as deal with any guest complaints in a professional manner.
  • A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to outstanding customer service, and the ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous, as well as knowledge of Oracle/Micros – Opera PMS Systems.
