Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Resolver Recruitment. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of high-end residential properties, including landlord communication, rental arrears, rent reviews and renewals, insurance claims, high-level repairs/renovations, and tribunal attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties, ensuring timely and effective communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Oversee the collection of rent and management of rental arrears, including negotiation with tenants and landlords.
  • Conduct rent reviews and renewals, ensuring fair and competitive rent levels.
  • Manage insurance claims and high-level repairs/renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Represent the company at tribunals, advocating for the interests of the company and its clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager in the residential property management industry.
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
  • Reliable car with a current NSW Driver's License.

What We Offer:

  • A stable and secure Monday to Friday position (one day WFH) with a salary package up to $115,000 + comms, parking, and phone provided.
