The Role:

  • Manage a local portfolio of 200 properties with a focus on providing a tailored, transparent, and accountable Property Management service.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and inquiries to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
  • Attend to any repairs and maintenance, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Manage tribunal and arrears control processes to minimize disputes and maximize revenue.
  • Oversee NO accounts and NO leasing processes to ensure accurate and timely management.

The Candidate:

  • Must have previous Property Management experience and a COR / Real Estate License qualification.
  • Attributes exceptional organizational and time management skills, providing a high level of service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Displays strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
  • Exhibits excellent people skills, motivating and inspiring others to achieve exceptional results.
  • Works well in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
