- Attend meetings and training sessions as directed to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
