About the role

Belle Property Randwick are looking for a motivated, energetic and determined individual who is excited about joining a market leading team. Capacity to work autonomously within your portfolio.

ZERO ACCOUNTS OR LEASING

MONDAY - FRIDAY ROLE

Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants
  • Execution of tenancy agreements and associated documents
  • Organise repairs and maintenance to managed properties and inspect where necessary
  • Organise and conduct periodic inspections, condition reports and vacating inspections
  • Carry out rent reviews with full support from Director 
  • Track rent arrears and procedures to ensure minimal %
  • Complete and file appropriately all bond lodgments, bond transfers and bond claims
  • Prepare, lodge and present applications to NCAT with Directors help and act in accordance with orders
  • Attend meetings and training as directed
  • Identify challenges and be solution focused to address these on behalf of and in collaboration with the team
  • Follow property management compliance, company policies and procedures

Essential Requirements

  • Must have experience in all aspects of property management with a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Must hold a current driver's license and have a reliable car
  • Must hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Thorough understanding of relevant legislation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills

Skills and experience

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as well autonomously
  • Must be deadline driven with the ability to work under pressure
  • Finely tuned negotiation skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a 'can do' attitude.
