Role

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team at the Central Coast of Australia.

  • Incidental maintenance repairs in cabins, grounds, amenities, and other facilities will be performed by this role.
  • Servicing swimming pool cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs, and maintenance is a key responsibility for the selected candidate.
  • The position involves incidental customer service assistance with in-room repairs.
  • Assisting with building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs - painting, basic plumbing or replacing hardware is also required.
About You

A strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, good presentation, and physical fitness are essential qualities for this role.

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in property maintenance is necessary.
  • Experience with power tools is also expected.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised are important requirements for this position.
  • Flexibility and reliability to work across a busy 7-day rotating roster that includes weekends are crucial.
  • Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures are also necessary.
