Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our landscape maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the beauty and health of our outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain gardens to the highest standards, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Learn and apply sports turf maintenance techniques through comprehensive training.
  • Care for high-profile sites in great north shore suburbs with attention to detail and dedication.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and patrons to deliver exceptional results.
  • Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering to achieve optimal results.
  • Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas to ensure they are always looking their best.
  • Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds to create a visually appealing environment.
  • Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Avoid hazards and adhere to safety protocols at all times to create a safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team is essential.
  • A valid Driver's License and White Card are required.
  • A Working with Children Check and National Police Check are also required, or willingness to obtain.
