Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our client, a global systems and solutions provider for the aseptic packaging industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance of high-speed aseptic filling lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct repairs and modifications to machinery as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements:
- Educational qualification in electrical or mechanical trade is essential.
- Proven experience in an FMCG / high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Experience with TetraPak or SIG machines is highly desirable.
- Understanding of GMP and 5S manufacturing principles.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work extra hours.
Working Conditions:
- Day shift hours.
- Occasional interstate & international travel may be required.
