Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system.
  • Prepare payroll reports and audits as required.
  • Evaluate compliance with company policies, legislative requirements and regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions and payments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in payroll administration or a related role.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Outlook; Excel skills.
  • Experience with Employment Hero payroll system highly preferred.
  • Security or Construction industry experience highly preferred.
