Key Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, including assisting with luggage and providing information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Physical stamina to lift and move luggage, as well as stand for long periods.
