We are seeking a talented Consumer Insights professional to lead and embed consumer-first thinking across all brand, portfolio and commercial strategy decisions.
This role partners with research agencies, the marketing team, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the voice of the consumer is front and centre.
You will oversee end-to-end research projects, manage tracking programs, drive best-in-class methodologies, and influence senior stakeholders with clear insights that lead to action.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage consumer research projects in partnership with agency suppliers
- Lead our brand health tracking program and flexi-modules
- Build and manage frameworks for competitive benchmarking, NPD preference testing and sensory evaluation
- Communicate consumer learnings to senior leadership and across the wider business
- Manage trend and insights partnerships (e.g. Mintel)
- Act as the consumer voice in commercial and strategic forums
- Assist with marketing team capability and uplift across insights methodologies
You have 5-7 years of experience in consumer insights (client or agency side).
Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research, strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, experience managing research agencies and internal partnerships, knowledge of FMCG or foodservice, strong analytical, commercial and strategic thinking skills, proactive approach and ability to bring insight to life for commercial teams.
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Commerce.
