Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team. This full-time position involves developing and delivering engaging marketing content across multiple platforms to promote our brand and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advertising strategies and campaigns aligned with business sales goals.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and executives on effective advertising approaches to reach target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage end-to-end production of advertising materials, including coordination of artwork, copywriting, media scripts, TV/film production, and media placement, ensuring delivery within budget and deadlines.
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to assess demand and customer behaviour for new and existing products and services.
  • Drive business growth by formulating and executing comprehensive marketing plans, objectives, and policies.
  • Identify new market opportunities by commissioning and evaluating market research for both current and future offerings.
  • Offer strategic recommendations across the full marketing mix, including product development, pricing, promotion, distribution, and sales strategies.
  • Plan, create, and manage content across digital platforms including social media and websites to maximise engagement and brand presence.
  • Apply statistical and data modelling techniques to assess the profitability of various pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Hands-on experience managing a Shopify retail store platform is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated expertise in generating and optimising email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Solid experience in creating and managing social media content, including the production of photos and videos that engage and inspire customers.
  • Experience writing and publishing customer-focused blogs is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and works well independently.
